Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Oktopous, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI-driven marketing and digital services.
Please read our policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. Service-Based Purchases

  • Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it becomes non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services, consultations, or digital assets (like ad setup, website design, automation setup, etc.).


2. Course or Digital Product Purchases

  • Since our digital products (like toolkits, courses, and templates) are instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

  • If you face technical issues accessing your product, please contact our support team within 48 hours.


3. Subscription or Retainer Services

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the ongoing billing period.


4. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project before it begins:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of payment to request a cancellation.

  • A 10% processing fee may apply to cover transaction costs.

Once work has commenced, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.


5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved (in rare, valid cases), it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
